To use these files, save them to your computer, then copy them to the /PSP/PHOTO folder on your PSP (via USB connection). To set the wallpaper, go to the PSP's "Photo" menu, choose the file and press X. The image will appear. Next, press the triangle button, and choose "Set as Wallpaper."
