Sales & Marketing Coordinator
F/T: 9:00AM-5:30PM - Flex Time

Provides professional support to Sales & Marketing, and accounts. Functions include managing and entering customer orders and ensuring a high level of customer service/support; assists in development and execution of Sales, Marketing, and PR. Game evaluation and basic office administrative duties. Some domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet these requirements which are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field with 1-- 2 years in a corporate sales, marketing and coordination role (game industry preferred)
- Knowledge of customer service, order input/processing, backorder management, with a steady history of customer service or inside sales.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal, business and creative writing)
- Must work and communicate well with customers, sales and marketing staff as well as inter-company offices in North America, Japan and Europe.
- Must work as part of a team and independently, under pressure in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple customers and projects.
- Proficient with MS Office and Photoshop.
- Web (html) experience a plus. 
- Excellent time management and organization skills, and the ability to generate creative solutions.
- Interest in video games,  history or literature
- Personable and outgoing
- Japanese language skills a plus

Collection Specialist or Credit Analyst
F/T: 9:00AM-5:30PM - Flex Time

Responsible for all tasks related to AR including collections, queries, establishing and maintaining credit lines, implementation and administration of policies and procedures. Must evaluate customer financial status and propose appropriate credit lines. Collect credit information on each customer to avoid losses.

- Handle general accounting functions using Great Plains, and support Accounting Assistant
- Enter and manage AR transactions and results including bad debt reserves, writeoffs, aging, collections
- Approve customer orders. Determine basis and terms of credit extensions
- Resolve unpaid balances, and work with other departments to resolve customer credit issues
- Develop personal credit relationships with top customers. Speak regularly to other industry credit managers. Attend Credit Manager Meetings and submit reports to CMA and Riemer
- Report weekly/monthly AR Status and Cash Flow Forecast regarding collection of AR to Supervisor
- Calculate monthly Commission for Sales Reps and report
- Provide industry news to Supervisor and take an action if needed

Requirements
- Up to 5 years of accounting or credit management (game industry preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university
- Knowledge and experience with Great Plains preferred
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Knowledge of Dun & Bradstreet credit reporting and bankruptcy laws preferred
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, problem solving skills, assertiveness
