Liu Bei was not foolish, he was one of the smartest people in the era. Even if we go by the game (Which should not be trusted AT ALL!) he has competent intelligence higher than 60% of the officers in the game, or even more.

I have no idea where the hell you got that about Guan Yu

Zhang Fei was not historically a drunk, in fact he only has a few instances of intoxication recorded.

He had no brothers in recorded history.

He probably wasn't all that fat. He was a butcher by trade and rode on horseback quite often, this would make him a fairly muscular man, and most certainly not fat.

Zhang Fei is potrayed as a drunk beacause Lou needed a weakness in the man. Guan Yu was potrayed as a cocky monkey because being cocky was the only reason Lou could think of to get Guan Yu killed, which was quite evident that Guan Yu was outmanned outsmarted, and something only a true genius could run from(Liu bei) I am not saying Liu bei is a genius but think about it, a total  would of gotten mauled in Changban but his escape was a sucsess, PLUS if Liu bei was so dumb why would people join him? So I am saying Liu bei would of not lasted 40 years if he was a complete dolt. And the fact that Zhang Fei was assasinated, Guan Yu was ambushed, and Liu bei died of illness shows the 3 of them wernt . Once again, They were not sworn brothers.

Thats right. They would have been close friends, but as far as history is concerned, there was no brotherhood between the trio.

A lot of Shu based stuff is fictional in fact, and many peoples skills are... stretched (The scary part is the heroic deeds that are left out, rather then what is put in)

You know I look at the deaths of the original rulers Cao Cao he died first low and behold Wei goes first (more like the Cao family has it's power stolen from them but generally the same with the Han it all ended by 190 so it is kinda true.)  Then Liu Bei low and behold Shu falls after Wei, and then Sun Quan low and behold Wu falls last. I think that is kinda interesting how that all worked out.

Shu technically fell before Jin usurped Wei. Granted Wei was effectively the estate of the Sima Family, still, it was Wei.

You don't say that Yuan Shao fell after Han just because Cao Cao took control in 196,eh? So that example is not that good. Han did not fall until 220,and Wei did not fall until 265.

I brought the Yuan Shao example in comparison with your Wei Jin example. You did nothing wrong,but funnily the years of death of Cao Cao and Liu Bei are quite near to each other,just as the falls of Wei and Shu (though it's the other way with the kingdoms).

This just a novel. And you should know that was people dream. They wanted to have a justice king and the king must know how to take care them. And they put that dream to Liu Bei.....

I think it's better off that Cao, Bei and Quan all died before they got to see their kingdom truly collaps. They deserved better.

I wonder if Quan felt anything when he recieved news of Cao and Bei's death.
